and over the last nine months they have been cut in half next week we will find out the economy over the last three quarters and that is not very good at all. lori: s do you think there is any potential under that growth rate? is thi the new normal? >> no. most economists do see things picki up in the second half. u.s. economy has enormous potential. looked at the rate of productivity growth in manufacturing. do need to deal the currcy proems trying to grow at our expense of so we could get this economy going on all eight cylinders so we need to right public policy.
